Jennifer Donaldson, Esq. Named Member to PBA Committee – May 2024
Jennifer Donaldson, Esq. was recently named a member to the PBA Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee.
Ms. Donaldson is an attorney at Eastburn and Gray and her practice includes school law, special education law, employment law and litigation. She began her legal career as a criminal prosecutor in Philadelphia and has been representing school districts and their employees in all aspects of school law for the past seventeen years. She routinely fields questions and provides trainings to school administrators on various regulatory compliance issues. She is a fierce advocate in litigation matters where she represents school districts in employment and special education matters, both at the administrative and federal court levels.
